Abstract

The text focuses on the status and education of beginning teachers in Brazil with the objective of examining the framework of these professionals in the education systems well as integration programs and formation available. Includes information on the investigation in relation to this cycle of the teaching profession. It takes as its starting point, studies and research developed by Praxis Research Group Education: dimensions and processes, and authors that approach the theme. Points to the urgency of scaling up specific training programs for beginners teacher providing opportunities accompaniment and orientation for teachers to contribute to the achievement of professional practice beyond the trial and error
