All the supernumerary teeth should be removed, once respected the ideal moment for the surgical removal, evaluating need and opportunity. The authors describe a clinical case of a girl that had attendance in the Baby Clinic FO/UFGRS at the age of six months. In this child it was verified the presence of two supernumerary elements, cross bite and maxillary deficiency. Facing this diagnose, an orto-surgical planning was indicated. It was observed that the precocius clinical-radiographic diagnose was of great importance to detect the presence of the supernumerary element and of the dental malocclusion. A multidisciplinary treatment plan was made necessary, in order to settle down the ideal treatment sequence
