Abstract
VITTA, Bernardo. A Right that can be Danced. Notes for one(some) Choreography Legal. Rev. Fac. Der. [online]. 2019, n.47, e111. Epub Dec 01, 2019. ISSN 0797-8316. https://doi.org/10.22187/rfd2019n47a11.
In this research we ask: where are the bodies, in the Law? We consider the possibility of thinking about a Law than can be danced. To fulfill this purpose, we will use the methodology of trialistic theory of law. Thus, we will have a socio-normative-evaluative, as part of a complex and integrated analysis. Each dimension will be thought from three different authors. For the sociological dimension, we will take as reference the work of the painter G. Arcimboldo. Regarding the normologic dimension, we will consider the perspective of the philosopher B. Spinoza, and for the value dimension, the thoughts of F. Nietzsche. Finally, we discuss some relations between these legal ways of thinking and the Argentinean dispute about the legalization of abortion rights by the feminist movement.
