RISSO FERRAND, Martín et al. Compliance with the Gelman vs. Uruguay judgement of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Special reference to resolution number 11 and to the Judicial Power. Rev. Derecho [online]. 2023, n.27, e3222.  Epub June 01, 2023. ISSN 1510-3714.  https://doi.org/10.22235/rd27.3222.

More than eleven years after the judgement of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR) in the Gelman case, we proceed to study how this international ruling has influenced the national jurisprudence. Fluctuations can be observed in the jurisprudence until a kind of harmony is found between the national and the international jurisdiction.

Keywords : conventionality control; interpreted thing; res judicata; supervision of compliance with the verdict.
